RESCHEDULING POLICY
In case SBA Courses reschedules for any reason a live or on demand training event , the following option is available to the client:
- If no rescheduled dates can be offered to the client within 30 days of original start date SBAcourses will refund 100% of the purchase price.
Whereas, if for some unforeseen reasons, a client wishes to reschedule his/her training to a future date, a rescheduling fee is charged as mentioned below:
Live events
- If the request to reschedule is received 5 days or more prior to class start, 10% of the training fee will be charged as rescheduling fee.
- Please note that rescheduling will be subject to availability of seats and there are no guarantees.
- If the request of rescheduling is received within 5 days or less prior to class start, no rescheduling will be allowed.
On demand events
- If the request to reschedule is received within 5 days after access information has been sent , 10% of the training fee will be charged as rescheduling fee.
- If the request of rescheduling is received after 5 days or more, no rescheduling will be allowed.
