REFUND POLICY
Thank you for buying our courses. We want to make sure that our users have a rewarding experience while they are discovering information, assessing, and purchasing our training courses, whether it may be for online live training or self paced training courses.
As with any online purchase experience, below are the terms and conditions that govern the Refund Policy. When you buy a training course on the SBA courses website you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and the points below.
Cancellation & Refunds:
SBA Courses, reserves the right to postpone/cancel online live events, because of insufficient enrollments, instructor illness, force-majeure events (e.g. Floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc.) or technical difficulties of any kind.
- In case SBA Courses cancels any online event and no alternatives are offered, 100% refund will be paid to the purchaser.
- In case cancellation is requested by purchaser, purchaser will need to follow the refund schedule for the exact refund amount.
| Cancellation Policy: You must notify SBA courses via email, advisor@sbacourses.com to officially cancel your training purchase and receive a full refund or prorated refund. Please refer to refund schedule for the correct refund amount.
